Location: Root Workload: Full-time Your tasks: Lead and develop our IT organization (approx. 13 professionals across multiple geographies), ensuring a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment. Serve as the accountable owner of IT operations, owning IT performance indicators and ensuring continuous improvement of service levels and user experience. Oversee daily IT operations, including network, server, end-user hardware, mobile devices, and support services. Own and maintain our IT security and compliance framework, ensuring continued alignment with ISO27001 and related policies. Ensure that IT processes adhere to corporate, legal, and data protection standards (GDPR, cybersecurity, privacy). Oversee IT infrastructure and systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security across the organization. Define and maintain architecture standards for IT-owned domains (identity management, endpoint protection, infrastructure and related security, etc.). Collaborate closely with Digitalization, Finance, Legal and other group functions, to ensure IT alignment with our strategic direction. Manage IT vendors, partnerships, licenses, budgets, and assets — ensuring transparency, financial control, and lifecycle management. In your first 12 months, success means: Drive governance between IT operations and digitalization initiatives, ensuring clear ownership and smooth transitions from project delivery to operations. Stable and reliable IT operations across all regions. Clear, transparent, and improving IT KPIs (uptime, response times, user satisfaction, cost control). Delivering on agreed IT security levels and continued ISO27001 compliance. Well-defined and implemented governance model between IT and Digitalization, with clear ownership of applications, budgets, and transition to IT operations and support. Strengthened vendor management, budgeting transparency, and financial follow-up. Your profile: Proven experience in IT leadership roles within an international, multi-country organization. Strong technical understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and security, enabling you to lead and support technical teams. Experience supporting digitalization or process automation projects. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.). Familiarity with structured compliance frameworks (ISO27001, GDPR). Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to motivate and align geographically distributed teams. Structured, analytical, and proactive mindset with a focus on stability, process discipline, and measurable outcomes. Financial awareness and experience managing and owning IT budgets. Excellent command of English; additional European languages are a plus.
